Free Brittle Stars

Free, but not fish eaters. I just can't keep them anymore because I am breaking down my home tank ....fair warning, though, these guys are HUGE...large system needed! They have been housed with a small Atlantic Blue Tang - 2 inches when she arrived, 3 to 4 now...have also been housed with small clowns without trouble. I would put them in the shop and sell them, as of course they are cc by now...but I am not sure where they would fit that I could find them again!

Love, love, love brittles! They sure keep a tank clean.

Is your tang an Atlantic Blue or Doctor Fish? They are both beautiful fishes!

The State Aquarium at Fort Fisher people where hesitant about taking my Doctor Fish until I sent them pics of the 16 inch beauty...they then asked if I could transport it or if they needed to send someone to get it. hahaha

I took her there because my 300 was small for her, (been almost 3 years now), and went to visit her in the huge home about 6 months ago...crazy, but she came straight to where I was standing and hovered there...so cool.

Ocean, she is an Atlantic Blue, the kind that starts out yellow :-) I need to rehome her if you are interested...for you, she is free because I love this fish and she is either going to live at the farm or a trusted friend!!!

Ermp075...I am embarrassed to say they are probably in that nitrate level now, and have seen worse...one of them is over a foot across, the other is a bit smaller!

Can't Grace, sold my 300g and all with it to a friend at a crazy price and have not started my 500g yet. I do appreciate the kind offer though.

Ah, well that's ok, I am sure she will console herself at the farm with a 650 gallon vat...but I know she would have preferred to be "Ocean's baby"!!!
