I definitely support that amendment - no need to subtract full price from the budget if you didnt pay it...

LMAO-
And another one falls the the full blown reef QT tank Often the start to "multiple tankitis"

Usually it happens after it's set up... man you are a quick learner LMAO

You all feel free to start gathering tank and supplies that you need so you can all get started on the 1st. It's great to see we are getting a little more interest in it.

FYI, I have a 20" Current Satellite for sale in the classifieds. It's an awesome budget 10 gallon light. I have an AquaClear 110 I could probably be persuaded to sell too.

Really looking forward to this contest! I'll post the prizes the day the contest starts.

I think we should have a picture of the raw materials (empty tank, the rock you're going to use, etc.) the day the event starts. I'd like to see these not for proof (not asking for a newspaper to date it...hahaha) but to show what you can accomplish in 6 months. I honestly think a lot of people will be surprised by the resutls of what some can do in such a short amount of time.

Can't wait to see all the tanks. I always wanted to try one this small, just scared of keeping params in check.
