Need to plant new aquarium

Recently my 20 gal cracked and I had to move my fish into a 40 gal that was in storage. Right now it's got nothing but the fish and a filter in it, and it would take a lot off the filter if I could get a few plants in, as I lost the few I had in the smaller tank. I live in Fuquay but I'm willing to travel a little bit if someone is able to help me. I don't even have enough substrate to cover the tank so the fish are becoming a bit stressed from the empty space.
Thanks in advance

You can add PVC pipes connectors so they have spots where to hide.
Can't attach the image, Google for "quarantine aquarium" you'll see them.

I have Elodea, Frogbit, Pistia, and some others to spare, but on the wrong side of Wake County - probably an hour from F-V. You might ask on the RAS facebook group.
