Anemone

I recently added this guy a week ago. My tank currently has some small fishes, clowns, damsels and such. I noticed today when he is fully open that he has some powderey stuff. Should I be concerned? If yes, what should I do to fix it.

It's hard to tell in that picture, can you take a turkey baster or something to see if it will blow off? Looks like it might be detritus but like I said the pic isn't clear enough.
