Macro algea

Does anyone know the specific name for this macro? Doesn't seem invasive but I would like to learn more about the benefits or whatnot.

This is very good macroalgae. Personally, I prefer it over chaeto since it doesn’t break apart easily or stringly going everywhere. It will adhere, attach steadfast to rocks but not in the same manner as rhizomatic caulerpa rooting everywhere, or any risk of sexual friution. Strong flow helps it grow well, along with proper conditions for all macroalgae.

Hope it grows abundantly well for you.
