Skimmer is in, going to let it break in for a week or so then move a few fish over. The Reef Octopus Regal 300 is a beast, but dead silent!

Looks great. You need to do a panorama of the fish basement!

Working on the water barrel system now. Having a stand built by Fintastic to hold the two 160 gallon barrels. Still no fish, looking for a large fish trap!

I purchased a few Kessil A80's for some shaded spots in the display and a H80 for the fuge along with the Controller for the H-series lights. Hope to get all this installed in the next week or so. The H80 is nice, I hope they come out with a 160 model as I think it would be perfect for my setup. Fish trap arrived so I'll be moving some fish this weekend after I pickup a Yellow tang from a fellow reefer.

Thanks to safedad I have a beautiful Yellow Tang swimming in the 240 as the first fish. I'm going to let him settle in then move a few over from the 180 (Sailfin, Lavendar and maybe the puffer and wrasse).

Long time coming update:

Well my Lunar wrasse went missing...I can only assume the eel or grouper had a snack. I finally got most of the fish (minus the grouper and eel) to their new homes. I put the Lavendar tang in my reef as it was getting harassed. I also purchased two Angels from Fintastic that will go into my 180 for a quarantine period before going to the 240.

I'll also be adding a Red Coris Wrasse and another tang to the QT once they arrive.
