Any interest in fresh water?

I'm just getting back into the hobby and decided to go freshwater. I have a small rack setup and I'm going to try breading different fish. I'm starting off easy with guppies. I'm also trying cories and bristle nose Pecos. I'm also growing some plants. I'm looking to meet a few people and maybe do trades or something. And of course talk fish talk.

Where are you? There's several regional clubs with active freshwater breeders (Raleigh, Charlotte, Triad, Spartanburg, Richmond). The next Raleigh Aquar Soc monthly meeting is Nov 2 (free, at NCSU Vet School) and the RAS Fall Auction is 3 days later (Sun Nov 5 at Ramada Inn, right beside the Vet School). Fall auction is free for club members, $5 for non-members; anybody can buy or sell ... fish, inverts, plants, books, equipment ...
