Dead Live Rock

I have at least 3 five gallon buckets of no longer live live rock. It came out of my 200 gallon. It needs to be rinsed and assimilated. Could be used as base rock or even display rock, given some time to color up. I have pretty big range of types and sizes. Come and make a five gallon bucket out of what you want for 25$.

Available to pickup any time during the day Monday through Friday. Apex/ NE Chatham. Near 55 and Morrisville parkway.

I have heard that there is a way to make the rock alive again. Your new artificial live rock will be ‘dead’ because as yet it contains no living organisms, so you need to put them in.‘Seed’ it by putting it on a natural live rock so organisms can migrate. Then wait and see the changes over the next few months. The rocks I make are not seeded with natural rocks, but with a selection of organisms applied to the concrete rocks. This way, undesirables are not introduced. I used it once for my own live rocks
