What kind of lights are in this? Will it grow lps and softies? If the deal falls through with jdp im very interested

It uses an 18 watt - 9" 50/50 fluorescent straight pin bulb. I had mushrooms and polyps growing in it, but I never tried anything else so I can't say.

The picture makes the tank look oddly lopsided, but it isn't of course.
