Anyone on the coast know when the best time to get shrimp and any local captain selling them. I usually buy bulk head-on shrimp (cheaper) and make a family day of heading them, but it has been a few years since getting some and the guy I used to get them from sold his boat. I usually buy about 50-150 lbs of it depending on price and vacuum seal them.

Normally the end of may into June is when they start coming in heavily, and are normally fairly priced. We normally do the same thing as u guys, fortunately our supplier is a multi million $ business so hopefully we do have to worry about him going out of business. If u need a connect I can make a call for u. They normally only do bulk orders but they may work with u on a few boxes.

Gnarley that would be great. I have family that can get some as well depending on price.

Thank you
