I have 2 of the following FOR SALE in Wilmington:
Sun Blaze 2ft. single bulb 24W High Output fluorescent T5 6500K lights w/reflector
I was actually under the impression they were 64 watts each but I cant find anywhere online that has HO 64w bulbs, so maybe I was looking at the K rating.
They are about 7 weeks old and have only been run 8 hrs a day.
I bought them so I could have live plants in my 265, but it just isnt working out like I hoped. Between needing to add 4-6 more lights, cichlids digging up the plants, the depth of the tank, the mess from the leaves and the brown algae, Im done dealing with it.
I paid $60 each (including reflectors) @ Progressive Gardens in Wilmington, willing to sell them for $40 a piece.
Nice thing about these is the light is in a plastic shell so you can rest it on aquarium lid evenly when using the reflector without worrying about the bulb touching.
Thanks!
