I actually made this cookie cake. It was my first attempt. Used to get them at Sam's because they were two layers(larger than the grocery store). Sam's stopped selling them(supposed to start back soon). Ended up not being too hard, just won't use buttercream for decorating if I do again. It is too soft. It is good between the layers. Sam's gave the option of buttercream or whipped.If he still appreciates birthday cake with mom, neither of you are getting old.
