My Kenya Tree seems to be okay, stays full, just doesn't like to stand up. All parameters are good,
SG 1.023
Ph 8.3
Temp 76
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 0
Kh 1380
Calcium is 380 (working on it)
Sometimes, yesterday it was upright almost all day. I think it may be propagating. There were two small shoots that stayed attached to the sand when it was upright.
Sofites do some strange things. My Neptheas (same family as KT) are always a bit..........flaccid?........until the lights come on and straighten up throughout the day. The couple that are in the direct path of flow sources are always kinda leaning with the current.
Also, don't freak out if you noticed them shriveled up at night looking like they are about to die, only to open up bigger the next day. Many soft coral species will do this and slough off their outer layer to make room for expansion, kinda like a snake......but way cooler.
