My Corals are dying.....HELP!!

My torch is completely dead, and now I lost 2 heads on my Hammer, and a head of my Frogspawn. The crazy part about it is that all of my parameters are in check. I'm thinking RTN..... But I also have a Clownfish that is hosting the heck out of my Hammers and Frogspawn.

Everything is within normal range. Found out it was a bacteria infection.... Reef store provided me with antibiotics to dose the tank with. So far so good.
