I have a fire shrimp in my 58 mixed reef. Problem is he stays hidden most of the day, coming out to eat, but it is not (yet anyway) a visible fixture in the tank. Could I put a cleaner shrimp in there without one of them trying to kill the other? Thanks.

I have a cleaner and a coral banded and they don't pay each other any mind. I plan to add a fire shrimp once I get my 225 up and running.

I have a fire shrimp and a peppermint shrimp and they claim opposite ends of a small tank. Never bother each other. The peppermint shrimp steals from LPS though. ughhh

Only one you really have to watch is a snapping pistol shrimp, but even still with enough tank space you should be fine. For example I had a blood red, scarlet skunk, pistol shrimp, coral banded, and 6 peppermint shrimp together for about 4 years. Pistol shrimps will slowly wipe out your snail crew as well which I didn't know when I first got one.
