Live 2 hours away from Triad, took my boys to Wet and Wild in Greensboro yesterday and stopped in here afterwards. I had called before hand to see if they had the fish I was looking. I talked to JJ and she ordered the day before what I wanted and took pics of what was there and sent them to me. When I walked in was greeted like I was family and I asked for Jennifer and she was not in but (I think) her daughter was and she actually took the pics and said "I know who you are, I took the pics" and helped me with what I needed. Well that alone was a great experience, then I met husband ( I think). Man very nice guy and offered me some bananna cake that JJ had made and milk, who does that anymore??? Let me tell you it was the most wonderful thing I had ate and my boy helped me devire it....lol....

Its a good thing that they are not in my hometown because I would be broke in no time. It is refreshing to see that a local buisness gives you great customer service and goes above and beyond. They packaged the fish great, bought some reef frenzy while I was there.

I must say if I am even close I will be going back to get what I need. I am a customer for life. So thumbs up to Triad Reef Critters and I strongly suggest that you stop in and get your supplies and livestock there because I will be!!
Thanks JJ and team totally awesome experience.....!!:):):)

Amen! I have no problem driving 4 hours round trip from Boone if I need something. And I stop in any time in the area. Can't go wrong shopping there.

Everything has changed under new co- owner …Don’t shop here unless you like to spend your money with people that do not care! we we told that they don’t care if we shop there they have plenty of customers. This is after spending 50,000+ at this store in aquariums and fish. They lost this cash cow.
