I bought a cube tank that had these already over a year ago and now a friend of mine is setting up a tank and just got a nice led light that she wants to hang like mine. I have no idea where to get poles like the ones on my tank in the pic that can be attached to the back of her stand. She does not want to hang the light from the ceiling or the wall behind the tank but wants to hang it like mine. Does anyone know where we can find these or something like these for her to attach her light to?

You can make them yourself out of conduit from Lowes, or I Aquatic Life makes one that appears pretty close to the one pictured.

Those are a hanging arm kit from current usa, the aquatic life kit is the same but cheaper. Any LFS should be able to order the same

I have a couple of 3/4 inch conduit already bent, I decided to go with the single one over the tank instead. To bad you aren't closer.

Thanks everyone. She is gong to make one from conduit and I showed her the ones that are available online. I appreciate all the assistance.

Shephard's Hooks would work as well. Lowe's or any gardening center has those. You might need to work on the wire hanging aspect a bit.

If u do the conduit method, u can even put a double 90 in it to hang ur light like I did

That is the way mine look but I painted them black. I like how I can move the light back and forth on it to get it out of my way.

If someone close to me needs them please let me know before I throw them out. Just pm me.
